Q. What are the requirements for a certificate of attendance?

A. You must attend each entire day that you are registered. Sign and fill out the corresponding continuing education forms (AVS, course evaluation, and conference evaluation sheets) and hand them in at the end of each day. Your certificate will be available within 14 days.

Q. Is there a one-time fee for CE processing for the entire conference?

A. No, all processing fees are included in your registration fee.

Q. How do I find out about exhibiting at a Summit?

Q. How do I find out about speaking at a Summit?

A. Contact the Ben Franklin Institute at 800-643-0797, email: judi@bfisummit.com, or send your speaker packet to: Paul Ortman, Ben Franklin Institute, P.O. Box 7128, Cave Creek, AZ 85327.

Q. Do you offer scholarships?

A. Yes. Please issue your request in writing to: Ben Franklin Institute, P.O. Box 7128, Cave Creek, AZ 85327, or email: judi@bfisummit.com. Please explain your hardship or circumstance.

Q. Do you offer group and/or student discounts?

A. Yes. There is a 10% discount for groups of three or more, 15% for 6 or more, and 20% for groups over 10. There is a 15% discount for full-time students. These discounts are not available on line at this time. Please call 800-643-0797 or mail in your registration.

Q. Do I have to sign up ahead of time for the workshops I wish to attend?

A. No, simply make your choice the day of the workshop, there is always space available.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Cancellations before (see specific event web page or brochure for date) will be charged $60. Cancellations after (see specific event web page or brochure for date) will forfeit the entire registration fee. No exceptions will be made. However, we will credit you a future Summit conference for up to one year, or substitutions will be honored.

Q. Do you tape the conference?

A. We have begun to record some conference sessions and in 2010 will be offering them as video- and audio-based Continuing Education courses through our partner www.E-Summits.com
